Return & Refund Policy

At Youth Sports Posters, every poster, banner, and printed product is custom-made specifically for your athlete, team, organization, or event. Because our products are personalized and produced to order, we have established the following return and refund policy.

Custom Products

All custom products are made according to the information, photos, artwork, and approvals provided by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Upon review, we may, at our discretion:

  • Reprint and replace the product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund

Customer-Provided Content

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, artwork, names, jersey numbers, team information, and other details before final approval.

Youth Sports Posters is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-approved proofs, including:

  • Misspelled names

  • Incorrect jersey numbers

  • Incorrect dates

  • Incorrect team information

  • Low-resolution photos supplied by the customer

Shipping Issues

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

We will work with the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, provide a replacement product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before design work or production has begun.

Once design work has started, a design fee may be deducted from any refund issued.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
