An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions and pricing; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders.

3) CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Many of our products are custom or personalized.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate customization details
  • Preview proofs (if provided) must be reviewed carefully
  • Custom products are final sale and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error

Youth Sports Posters is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4) PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.

5) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

6) RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • Custom orders are final sale
  • Refunds or replacements are issued only for defective items or errors caused by us

Any issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including images, designs, logos, text, graphics, and layouts, is the property of Youth Sports Posters and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8) USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit photos, names, text, or other materials for a custom product, you represent that you have the legal right to use such content.

You grant Youth Sports Posters a limited, non-exclusive license to use the submitted content solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.

We are not responsible for copyright violations resulting from user-submitted content.

9) DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) NOTICE

If you believe that any content on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice including the following:

  1. A description and copy of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  2. A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located;

Please be aware that claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, including court costs and attorneys' fees. Furthermore, the individual who posted the material may provide us with counter-notification that the materials were removed or disabled as the result of a mistake or misidentification of the materials. If we receive such a counter-notification, and we determine that we would like to restore access to the materials, a copy will be sent to you notifying you that access to the materials will be restored within ten (10) business days.

10) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
